NOTE: To access the unit, you will need to CLIMB VERY STEEP flight of stairs to go up to the apartment. The space 600sq ft attic apartment with private entrance. You’ll have a balcony with street views, a bedroom with a queen bed and a 40'' TV, two spacious closets, a living room with a 55”inches tv, a full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and all the essentials, and a complete bathroom. Take the train from the airport to 38th - Blake and walk a few blocks to the guest house. Location is one of the most walkable in RiNo, and is central to virtually everything in Denver, including LoDo, LoHi, the airport, City Park, Cheesman Park, I-70 (if you are headed up to the mountains). Street parking is available. Note: Unit is right off of a relatively busy street, please note the noise potential. We live in the unit downstairs—you may occasionally hear us walking or my dog running below the unit. We will do our best to regulate the noise, but please don’t hesitate to message us if the noise gets too bothersome. PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT! Smoking on the deck and/or balcony is permissible. *NO CATS ALLOW DUE TO ANAPHYLAXIS REACTION TO CAT HAIR.* Guest access Come to the guest house from the private entrance around the corner of the main house.
