You’ll have a balcony with street views, a bedroom with a queen bed and a 40'' TV, two spacious closets, a living room with a 55”inches tv, a full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and all the essentials, and a complete bathroom. Take the train from the airport to 38th - Blake and walk a few blocks to the guest house. Location is one of the most walkable in RiNo, and is central to virtually everything in Denver, including LoDo, LoHi, the airport, City Park, Cheesman Park, I-70 (if you are headed up to the mountains). Street parking is available. Note: Unit is right off of a relatively busy street, please note the noise potential. We live in the unit downstairs—you may occasionally hear us walking or my dog running below the unit.
