To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all, please carefully review our house rules before your arrival. 🏡 House Rules & Policies Extra Guest Policy ⚠️ • Please list the exact number of guests staying overnight. • The nightly rate is based on single occupancy to keep our prices extremely low. • Each additional guest is $52 per night. • Unregistered guests (overnight or after hours) incur $100 per night per guest. • Extra guest fees must be paid promptly, or your reservation may be canceled, and guests must vacate immediately. 🔕 Quiet Hours & Visiting Hours • Visiting Hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM • Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Same Day Booking Check-in Time 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Check-In & Check-Out • Check-Out Time: 9:00 AM (with a 15-minute grace period upon request). • Late Check-Out: A $50 fee applies for every 30 minutes past 9:16 AM if you remain on the premises. EARLY CHECK IN if you’re interested in early check-in, please see our VIP Early Check-In Policy below: VIP Early Check-In Policy: • Early check-in anytime after 10:00 AM: Available for an additional $50, subject to availability. • Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before. • Requests must be made in advance to allow coordination with housekeeping. MAKEUP REMOVAL POLICY: • To help us maintain the quality of our linens, please do not use white towels, sheets, or pillowcases for makeup removal. Black washcloths are provided specifically for this purpose. If makeup stains are found on white linens and cannot be removed, guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement. 🔹 No Parties or Gatherings • Disruptive gatherings of any size are strictly prohibited. • Any unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in a $500 violation fee and possible cancellation of your stay. 🚭 Non-Smoking Property • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. • illegal substance or drugs is strictly prohibited inside the home. • Any violation of the above rules will result in a $200 penalty and/ or immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. • If you are unable to comply with our non-smoking policy, please do not book this property. 🐾 Pets • Pets are allowed for an additional fee. 🚫 No Refund Policy • All bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. 🎉 Decorations & Cleaning Fee • If you plan to decorate the space, a $100 additional cleaning fee will be applied. Smoke Alarm with the smoke • Tampering with the smoke alarm will result in a few of $250 dollars 🚽 Plumbing Etiquette • Please do not flush feminine products down the toilet. 🧺 Towels & Housekeeping • We provide 1-3 bath towels, 1-3 hand towels, and 1-3 washcloths per person (depending on the length of your stay). • Additional towel exchanges are available through our housekeeping service—please message us for details. 📌 Last-Minute Bookings • Same-day check-ins are only available between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. GUEST BELONGINGS POLICY • If any belongings are left at the property, you will have 4 hours to arrange pickup after being notified. if not collected within this timeframe, the items will be disposed of. ⚠️ Violation of Any House Rule May Result in Immediate Cancellation Without a Refund. Please Note: Long-term tenants live in the front of the property, while the Airbnb is a separate, private space in the back. Occasional normal household noise may be heard. The connecting door is securely locked from both sides with no access between spaces. This single level home includes driveway parking for up to two cars.
