Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located non-smoking place in the heart of the Ruhr area. Children are welcome, unfortunately pets are not. The apartment is on the first floor of our 2-family house. We offer you remote check-in (keysafe), bicycle garage and highchair. The garden is not available to you, except for smoking. Take wonderful bike rides on great paths or visit the nearby CentrO with many attractions. The space The bedroom has a double bed with nightstands. The large wardrobe offers plenty of space even for longer stays. The cozy sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to three people, the sleeping area has a size of 150 x 200 cm. The dining area can accommodate up to 4 people and a fridge-freezer combination. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction range, as well as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and universal slicer. The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower with additional grab bars. Guest access Smokers please use the small terrace behind the house. For stays of 7 days or more, a washer-dryer is available in the laundry room. Please let us know if you need anything. Use of bicycle garage, highchair and baby bed on request. Other things to note Please note that there are no safety measures for children, such as outlet covers. Free drinks are in the fridge. Please leave the empties in the kitchen.
