ABOUT THE SPACE:- A beautiful and cozy house only 5 minutes walk from the Mall Road / Ridge. A perfect place to unwind and take pleasure walk to the mall and different traits. Our family is blessed to have a humble abode right in the heart of the town. Come visit and stay in another home away from home. You will experience a nice and warm ambiance with cozy comforts. This place is best for couples, families (with or without kids), friends who want to relax and enjoy. The space THE SPACE:- 1) Superfast wifi 2) king size spacing mattresses 3) Sitting area in the kitchen 4) Functional kitchen with all amenities 5) A balcony It is an independent ground floor of a triple storeyed buliding that consists of one double bedroom and two attached bathroom, one small room for kids (optional), fully equippedfunctional kitchen with all amenities, dining area and balcony. GUEST ACCESS:- Guests will have the independent access to their apartments, balconyand kitchen. This house also caters to the work from home worker professionals with high speed wifi ROUTE TO OUR HOMESTAY:- Guests can park their vehicles on the paid parking near the Lift, Mall Road. From there, you can hire a cab for our homestay which wi take a least 20 minutes to reach your destination or you can use the lift and have an enjoyable walk in the mall road which will take 15 minutes to reach your destination. Other things to note No surprise policy for additional service. -INR ₹600 per heater per day. -The caretaker can help with the groceries so you don’t have to step out for chores (You can tip him @50 per market round) We like being fair and square, no hidden charges ever :) -If the staff brings to our attention time taking cleaning chores after you have left, we might request cleaning charges. --House Rules-- Don’t worry we don’t have many~ 1.Please try not to smoke in the house. 2.Yes we know the weather calls for a cheers but please don’t break crockery ,furniture etc when you are high. (It’s happened a lot more than you expect and we might request payment for damages if any) 3.The caretaker is there to clean but utensils is not a part of his job description. (A little bit of utensils is fine but please don’t leave a pile of utensils for the poor caretaker, you are advised to tip in case you get him to do a lot of your utensils) 4.Request you to please leave the house not in a mess. 5.Please check out on time. ( A lot of people take early morning buses and are waiting to get in, please support us in making sure no one has to wait more than promised. Late checkout will be charged at ₹1000 per hour. ) 6. No extra guests in the property. 7. No shouting, hooting, screaming inside as well as outside the premises after 10PM. 8.Have fun(And report any new ideas to us) Cheers!! 9. Please inform the host about cleaning of the house, cooking, doing dishes etc. in your absence without any extra charges. 10. Please do not take the house keys with you. Instead please lock the drawer containing valuable things leaving leaving out. Please be responsible about the drawer keys. 10.Only miniature pets are allowed. IMPORTANT: I recommend you not to bring your own vehicle to the property as there are cops at a distance of 100m not allowing the tourist vehicle and charging fine if there comes any. So please park your own vehicle in the lift parking and hire a cab to the property for a convenient journey.
