Villa Capri is a beautiful tiny home rental with private pool access in North Central San Antonio. Located with quick access to airport , Downtown , Fiesta Texas and La Canterra. The neighborhood is quiet, located within 2 miles of shopping and restaurants. This neighborhood has plentiful wildlife. Villa Capri is located on host’s lot. The yard and pool are shared by hosts. Swimsuit is required in pool. Please note that Villa Capri cannot host children or babies due to safety concerns. The space This tiny home is themed after the gorgeous Mediterranean . The queen sized bed is designed for comfort with built-in storage drawers . The mattress and all linens are “ green” . The bathroom has a luxury Jacuzzi bathtub. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini refrigerator , Keurig coffee maker, and toaster oven. Coffee , assorted tea and hot chocolate are provided . AC/Heat with ceiling fan to keep you comfortable on lazy days of summer or cool days of Texas winter. Updated Wi-fi included. TV with Roku Outside, relax in a shady area with bistro table and grill. Ashtrays available outside! Villa Capri has private entrance and parking. Towels, lounge chairs and pool toys available for use. Swimsuit is required in pool at all times. Please note that we cannot host children or babies at Villa Capri. Guest access Pool , backyard and bistro area are for your use. Lounge chairs , beach towels , and pool toys are available. Coming soon: hot tub and refinished deck! We cannot host babies or children 2-12 due to safety concerns. Other things to note The neighborhood is safe with very low crime.
