Located on beautiful court, steps from ocean, restaurants, shopping, Mission bay. 2 Large private Balconies w/ocean view on top. Large open main floor with kitchen/dining/living room perfect for family time. Private patio has a fire pit and gas bbq grill. The garage will fit full size car/suv. Laundry. Beach accesories provided. Perfect for families The space -First floor, Master calking bed with attached bath. Open spacious living room with pullout couch on 2nd floor 3rd floor, 2 bedrooms- 1 calking bed in front bedroom, bathroom and then other bedroom with full/double bed and single bed w/trundle underneath Several amenities including: -WIFI access in every room, deck and patio -4 flat screen Smart TV's (Cable, HBO, Netflix) 1 in every bedroom - beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, 2 beach cruiser bicycles -outdoor warm shower wash off the sand - ceiling fans in every room, including the deck - pack in play, high chair, and games, books and puzzles for all ages Make this home your next vacation destination! Guest access The entire house. There is a double car garage, however like most places at the beach it is tight quarters to angle in both cars to park there. There is free street parking not where painted red. Please pay attention to any street sweeping signs indicating what days from 8-10am. We usually find spots on Pacific beach drive if other cross streets are full. Other things to note COVID cleaning practices: Self check in -check out process (digital code provided prior to arrival) Hand sanitizer and anibacterial hand soap is provided. All antibacterial disinfectants and cleaners used that are also provided. All linens are washed and dryed at high heat in between guest stays Rental Rules -Failure to abide by rules will result in immediate eviction. 1. Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed (interior or exterior) on property premises 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Max occupants is 10 (with 8 max adults) at all times. 3. Please respect our neighbors, especially when outside and on decks. Music or loud noise is NOT allowed at anytime. Please move inside during quiet hours that begin at 10:00am and end at 8:00am. 4. This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Please remove trash and keep areas clean when you leave at the end of your stay. Please also clean unwashed dishes and throw away perishable food before leaving. 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 7. Pets are NOT allowed. 8. Garage parking is limited to 2 vehicles. When using the additional street parking, please note that there is street sweeping Monday- Friday between the hours of 8-10am on designated sides of the street. Any illegally parked cars are subject to tickets and towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens, bath and beach towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 10. Firepit: The firepit is a natural gas powered with a key. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the firepit. 11. Guest shall keep garage doors and entry doors closed and/or locked (when both home or away) to protect items in garage (beach chairs) and items inside the property. 12. You must be 28 years of age or older to book a property with us and must accompany the occupants during the entire stay reserved. Noise ordinances are strictly enforced on this property.
