Very well located apartment in Palermo, a few meters from Avenida Santa Fé and Alto Palermo Shopping, close to all means of transport, subway, buses and taxis. It has new and modern appliances as well as excellent beds and quality linens to make your stay more comfortable. Safety matters to us, so we have smoke detectors in all rooms, a carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit. Check-in and check-out by the owners The space The apartment has a large kitchen with two electric ovens, one 90 cm and the other 60 cm, a gas stove with 4 burners, equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals and with a dishwasher so you don't have to worry about cleaning it. For breakfast, it has a Nespresso coffee maker and a filter coffee maker, an electric kettle to heat water for tea, a toaster, a juicer, and a blender. Living room with comfortable armchairs to enjoy a good movie or series on a 55” TV. Exit to a large balcony in front, two bedrooms each en suite, with a large 180x200cm king size bed in the master bedroom and two 190 x 80 cm twin beds in the second bedroom. Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer with the convenience of not having to resort to the building's laundry or go out to look for an external laundry service. Cleaning and personal hygiene products are offered for the first days of your stay. For extended stays, replacements are at the guest's expense, as are condiments, salt, vinegar, oil, sugar, sweeteners, coffee, and tea that are offered as a welcome gift. Guest access The accommodation has a small pool on the terrace of approximately 4x 3.2 meters (13.12x 10.5 feet) that is open in summer season and is used to cool off and sunbathe, underground parking for two medium-sized cars and you can also access a sauna. Other things to note It is one of the few apartments in Buenos Aires that has smoke detectors in every room as well as carbon monoxide detectors in rooms that require it. First aid kit ready if needed. For extended stays, a weekly change of sheets is included.
