Cajumanto is 1.5 km from the beach, within walking distance The space Casares is renowned as one of the most beautiful villages on the famous White Villages Route, a symbol of Andalusia and the richness of its culture. But Casares is also the name of the coastal town, Casares Costa. Ideally located between Estepona and the pretty marina of La Duquesa, the place is ideal for finding an apartment close to the sea in a natural and quiet environment. The nearby towns of Estepona and La Duquesa provide the area with all the necessary amenities. Casares is therefore a lively and pleasant area just 50 minutes from Malaga airport, where it is simple and economical to rent a car. For Belgians, Malaga airport is served by many companies from the airports of Ostend, Brussels, Charleroi, Bierset, Eindhoven, Cologne or Lille and Düsseldorf. Along the coast and on its typical beaches, you will find a good number of restaurants, bars and chiringuitos (beach bars) that will allow you to enjoy, all year round, this typical atmosphere that characterizes the Costa del Sol. La Playa de la Sal is a must with its natural setting and clear waters... guaranteed fun, both for beach lovers and for lovers of seaside walks. Cajumanto is located in a new private and secure residence. You will have a reserved parking space, free of charge in the closed and monitored enclosure. The apartment is located on the first floor of the first row of buildings towards the sea. This advantageous location will allow you to enjoy an open view of the sea, golf, pool and the relief of the Costa del Sol. The apartment was completed at the end of 2019 following a demanding specification and offers high-end finishes. Central and reversible air conditioning in all rooms, ultra quiet. The bedrooms are equipped with built-in shutters. The apartment is composed of an ultra-equipped kitchen, a large living room. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, are arranged in suites to offer you peace, comfort and privacy. The large outdoor terrace extends over 35 square meters and faces south. Its cover ensures, depending on the season, shade and coolness. The terrace has manual sun protection for the summer The first bedroom is equipped with a 180 cm king size bed composed of a latex mattress and spring box type bed bases for royal comfort! The second bedroom is composed of 3 single 90 cm beds, two main beds visible in the photos and a third extra bed folded under one of the two beds. This extra bed is nevertheless composed of a mattress and a slatted bed base of very good quality, it simply reduces the space available in the room. This second bedroom has its own 55-inch smart TV. We paid particular attention to the quality of the general layout and particularly with regard to the bedding, sofas or the multimedia aspect (Sony 65-inch Smart TV in the living room, Klipsh hifi and unlimited 600 Mb Internet/WiFi). Finally, from the terrace and its glass railing, you can simply enjoy the view or watch your children playing in the common pool, the latter being right at the foot of the apartment. The pool is also equipped with a paddling pool for little ones. Golf enthusiasts? Cajumanto is located on the edge of Casares Costa Golf, a small 9-hole democratic golf course within walking distance. You can also enjoy a small refreshment at the Golf Club House (100 m) or dine in its delicious Thai restaurant "Bua Garden". You are also 2 km from Dona Julia Golf, best value for money in the area, close to Estepona Golf or the famous Finca Cortesin for a high level experience. Golf courses on the Sotogrande side will also satisfy amateurs. Padel enthusiasts? The complex has a beautiful court available free of charge upon reservation. Please plan your equipment and contact me for bookings. Fitness lovers? Casares Golf (500 m) has a gym (for a fee) accessible by the day or week at a democratic rate. The room is called Casares Fitness. Facilities in the immediate vicinity (500 m): restaurant, bar and terrace with sea and golf views, playground, golf club, fitness room, beauty salon, hairdresser. Numerous supermarkets and shops 2 km away A car is recommended to stay in the area. The apartment is also 1.5 km from the beach and parking is easy. It is also of course possible to reach the beach on foot by a nice little path protected from the road, which will allow teenagers to go down independently. Several restaurants and shops are already accessible in this area. For more entertainment or simply for a walk, you can continue to the port of La Duquesa along the seawall. We will be happy to recommend beautiful tourist or cultural activities, the most beautiful beaches in the area or the best tables according to your wishes. Finally, please note that the Cajumanto apartment is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Cleaning at the end of the stay is provided by a service provider and is mandatory. Check-in/out by concierge, connected lock available for late departures and arrivals. For your comfort and convenience, linens and towels are available. Guest access Full access to the apartment, only some cabinets are locked but there is still plenty of room to spend several weeks in the apartment. The rental gives access to the padel court, the outdoor pool, a reserved parking space in front of the apartment (secure parking).
