This three bedroom two full bath has a lot to offer and can fit the whole group. Spend the day swimming in the lake, boating with a boat access down the road, or take the three kayaks available out to enjoy the nature Lake Ida has to offer. Enjoy an evening grilling out on the upper patio or spend the evening on the lower patio with the brisk breeze off the lake. All you need to bring is your food. - Full size fridge/freezer, electric stove with dual ovens, and microwave. - Completely stocked with all your cooking needs, including two coffee makers(Keurig and filter ground), pots, pans, toaster, blender, crockpot, casserole pans, serving dishes, wine glasses, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, cooking utensils and eatery. - Lots of counter space for making family meals. **Second Bedroom** - King size bed - Huge closet that also has extra blankets and hangers - Three drawer dresser - Ceiling fan **Third Bedroom** - Full size bunk beds - Full size futon - Six drawer dresser - Ceiling fan **Living Room** - Large comfy sectional couch with a chaise lounge to fit everyone - Bookcase with games and lots of adults and kids books to enjoy on the hammock or swing overlooking the lake -Playstation 3 with games ** Laundry** - Full size washer and dryer available to use - Extra towels for hot tub and lake use **Outside** A nice quiet, peaceful area to enjoy family time. Take a dip in the lake and refresh or enjoy the sounds of birds chirping on the hammock. We have two sitting areas on two different patios. * Upper Patio * -Glass table with seating and umbrella - Propane grill with propane provided - Hot tub that can sit 4-6 people - Walkway to lower deck - Large backyard for yard games and making family memories *Lower Patio* - Large sectional couch overlooking the lake - Two rocking chairs with table for drinks - Hammock that can be moved anywhere, hammock will be in the brown storage box - Swing on the lake front - Storage box with additional chairs and life jackets - Three kayaks with paddles - Outdoor fire pit - Dock with two ladders to get in and out of the water - Dock with cleats and bumpers to tie up your jet skis and boat(not provided) you can bring with you - There are two PVC pipes in the water set up to play Beersbie. Guest access Keypad with key access to front door Other things to note A boat ramp is right down the road with lake access. There is a grocery store and dollar general 1.5 miles down the road. Local restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take a stroll on St. John’s river water front and enjoy the historic town of Palatka which is only 20 minutes away. Our guide book has all the local sights and restaurants. Winn-Dixie and Publix are 10 miles away. Silver springs is 31 miles away with kayak rentals and glass bottom tours. Gainesvilles and St. Augustine are both 45 minutes away. No parties are allowed and please be considerate of neighbors. We only allow a max of 10 guest and any guest over number 8 will be charged $25 a night each. For the safety and security of our guest and property: there are three cameras at both entrances, including exterior door facing the back patio; the spa is within the coverage area of this device. Any attempt of disabling, redirecting or obscuring camera is prohibited and will result in cancelation with no refund.
