Secluded Studio right on the doorstep of everything Rozelle/Lilyfield has to offer - a quick stroll to local shops, parks, pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are multiple public transport options nearby and free street parking. Guests have private Studio access, quality double bed/sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom, spacious living area, functional eat-in kitchen and quiet courtyard. The Studio is a 5min walk to Lilyfield tram/light rail station and multiple bus routes. Close to Balmain/NY fireworks The space Lilyfield Studio is used as a professional bodywork clinic throughout most of the year, and is only available to Airbnb and other guests on a limited basis. So you have the benefit of enjoying a professional, clean, quiet and spacious Studio, that has plenty of essential amenities but does not experience the high turnover and frequent use of guests that many other Airbnb apartments have in the area. Incredibly spacious, airy and with lovely sunlight p.m. the Studio easily converts into a comfortable and private living space with high-quality folding double bed. Guests can relax in the lounge area or in the courtyard, and dine in the functional eat-in kitchen area. The large ensuite bathroom provides guests with a vanity/basin, large mirror and walk-in shower. TV and wifi included. Basic kitchen essentials, cleaning products/utensils, linen and towels are all provided. The sofa can also convert to a small sofa-bed if you need extra sleeping space (additional bed linen can be provided upon request). The Studio is located in the Inner West of Sydney city, as such, you can expect the hustle and bustle of inner city urban living in the surrounding area. The Studio is generally peaceful, but important to note its not in the country and is not a spa or zen retreat, so please do not expect 24/7 silence, but do expect to be on the doorstep of vibrant city living, people coming and going, neighbourhood noise and urban activity and amenities all within easy access. The Studio comfortably accommodates 2 adult guests and is not suitable for small children or untrained pets. Any extra guest or visitor requests must be approved by the Host and house rules must be adhered to at all times. The Studio is ideally suited to short-stays and active travellers who are primarily looking for a place to sleep/travel base. Guest access Security gate to enter the property from the street has keypad/code access. Keys will be provided for the Studio's glass door too. Details provided upon booking confirmation and closer to the time of your stay. Other things to note The Studio kitchen area features a large island bench with 2 x high stools for eat-in / dining. Basic kitchen essentials including kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, induction stovetop with extractor fan, microwave oven, air-fryer, blender and pot/pan. Please note the main oven does not work properly and should NOT be used as it could trip the power. The LED TV has digital TV and radio stations tuned in, and also has HDMI and USB ports should you wish to connect your own laptop/tablet/device or TV box (e.g. apple tv, chromecast etc). PLEASE NOTE: The Studio is best suited for short-stays and visitors who will be active, out & about, and primarily using the Studio as a place to sleep and eat light meals. If you're looking for an airbnb to spend the majority of your stay indoors / inside, cooking large meals etc then the Studio is probably not the ideal choice for you as it is only equipped for kitchen basics / light meal prep etc. The Studio is also not suitable for small children or untrained pets as there are lots of items and furniture/equipment in the studio that could be potentially unsafe for inquisitive and small children. If the fire or smoke alarm is set off due to cooking / kitchen use a fee of $50 must be charged for the alarm to be reset and to cover strata alarm fees.
