The apartment is extremely close to public transit ( 2 minute walk to the bus, 7 minute walk to the underground and a short walking distance to the hearts of the Ndg/ Westmount/St.Henri boroughs, close to bike paths/parks. You would be renting one of 3 closed bedrooms. High ceilings, lots of storage space, work tables Etc. Good ambience/ beautiful backyard and small front patio. Friendly neighborhood. There would occasionally be a cat around! The place is fully equipped and well loved ❤️ The space The apartment is very ornately decorated, with lots of little touches all over the place - there are high ceilings, elaborate wallpaper and lots of light in the morning and afternoon. There are 3 closed bedrooms - ranging from a huge double bedroom with private living space. A second smaller room with a beautiful garden view and plenty of closet space. To a third, quite small room with a small desk and view of what is a cute front patio in the summer. The main living room is very comfortable, has a beautiful garden view and lots of comfy sofas, as well as a small dining table and large spinning coffee table. The kitchen has a large fridge and is very well equipped! Guest access You would have the whole apartment to yourself and a shared backyard with the tenants upstairs - Who typically don't use the backyard often.
