Whole condo by the Metro with garden! Apt.4

We have a guest house on the Asian side of the city close to Metrogarden Mall and Cekmeköy Metro station. International and local cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, and parks are all within walking distance from the house. Also delicious homemade meals can be provided upon request on a budget! The space It’s a new free-standing house so it’s earthquake safe. The building has two gardens and security cameras on the outside. Meals are also provided upon request. Guest access The house has two kid-friendly fenced gardens with a slide, trampoline, balance bike and car and many toys and activities available for childern. There are also different playgrounds and Metrogarden mall with a variety of kids areas all a few minutes walk from the house. The house also has an office on the ground floor which you are welcome to use. Other things to note The black sea beautiful beaches are half an hour's drive from the house. The Bosphorus is 20 min away by subway.
