Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Brand new home, appliances are new as well. Samsung washer and dryer. LG oven, microwave and dishwasher. Only one room of the three will be rented, spare room has queen size bed and walk-in closet. Owner of home in master. The space Spare bedroom with Queen bed, kitchen, washer and dryer are all available for use by guest. Full bathroom for guest as well as towels and toiletries. Guest access Backyard with grill is open for all guest. Everything but master bedroom is available for use. During your stay I’m pretty much open for whatever makes your stay more enjoyable. If you’d like to grab dinner or lunch I’m available to show you a few good places. I’m in the hospitality business so I’m glad to help out with your experience. But you’d prefer your space I’m very happy to give it. Text or calls are preferred if you need to contact me. I’m usually at work but quick to respond. Hope you get to come visit!!! Very excited to have y’all in my home. Other things to note I do have three dogs, they typically stay in master bedroom in kennels. I do prefer to let the older Labrador out during the day, he’s very well mannered and an overall good boy. If you’d like him kenneled I’m happy do so, I will ask what you prefer. The two younger ones are kenneled while I’m not home. Also have fish and a snake 🐍 in the home, they do stay put up. Parking on right side of driveway, but if you need to use garage space I’m happy to park outside app-on request.
