Enjoy spectacular views of Alora and the castle

The Vista Castillo (Castle view) ground floor apartment is a centrally-located flat with beautiful views of Alora and the castle from its own private terrace. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It has high-speed, fiber optic internet and a big entrance where you can keep bicycles, climbing gear and backpacks. It is the perfect base for holidays or for digital nomads. The space Surprisingly spacious with one double bedroom and a diva, large living area and amazing private sun terrace, the apartment has a 'Moorish' entrance hall ideal for the secure storage of bikes, climbing equipment and large back packs. Leading off the entrance hall is a large lounge/diner, and through to a bright, fitted kitchen. It has one bathroom with a shower and a separate, fully equipped laundry room. The spacious private sun terrace has stunning views over Alora, the surrounding countryside and the Moorish Castle. The apartment is fully furnished including terrace furniture and white goods. There is also a hairdryer, WIFI, and complimentary toiletries. The apartment benefits from wall heaters in the bedrooms and lounge, air conditioning, and hot water. Bedding, bath and towels are provided with spare blankets / duvets for cooler nights if required. Guest access Guests have their own entrance and terrace not shared with other guests. A private storage area accessed from the terrace is off limits to guests. Other things to note 1. Please note that we need to register guests as per Spanish regulation so upon booking we will ask you for some details needed for the registration. 2. The apartment does not have equipment / furniture for infants or young children, and is only considered suitable for children of 6 years and above. There are steep steps from the terrace to a lower storage area, glass panelled interior doors, and cupboards have no child locks. The apartment is up a short steep hill, there is no parking directly in front of the apartment but unloading is acceptable. 3. There is limited on street parking before the apartment, but the street is quite narrow and the only way to get out is by reversing. Please do not take your car into Calle Erillas; park in an adjacent street or use the town car park a short distance away. Please do not leave your vehicle on the top 2 tiers of the town car park on any given Monday because of the market. 4. We make all necessary efforts to prepare the entire apartment well for guests. However, during certain periods (especially in the summer) wind which brings dust from the Sahara may come after the terraces have been cleaned. 5. Please note that like most houses in Spain the sound insulation is minimal and as such would respectfully request our guests to be mindful of the quiet hours.
