New house, very cozy, protected from the wind that invites you to be outside, steps from the beach, in a quiet area and ideal for resting and playing sports. The house has 3 rooms, one en-suite and the other 2 that share a bathroom, it also has a guest bathroom, it is for 8 people, it has a hot tub, outdoor shower and stove. All the rooms face the house's patio and are connected through a large terrace overlooking the hill that makes you feel like you're in the countryside.
