This is the condo building admin policy regarding pool usage. Other things to note Hosts are required to include a security deposit to their listing but these are NOT INCLUDED in the rental cost that you will be paying when you book. NO damage charges will be made to you unless we make a claim within 48 hours after you check out. Water and electricity usage are included in the rent but a certain level of usage so please CONSERVE ENERGY. Please turn off water, lighting and air-condition unit when not in use. Internet connection in the Philippines is one of the slowest in the world and its very frustrating at times. Wifi is usually faster in the morning or late at nights. We try as best as possible to make your stay enjoyable however one thing we can't promise is a place to leave your luggages before and after check in times. The reception itself will not have a place to store your bags so please these into your plans.
