The space This is a paired home (duplex) and is in the back so it is quieter and more private than the front. It is 1 block to Roosevelt park with a recreation center, path, pavilion and fun. Walk to a great coffee shop or downtown with shopping, dining and entertainment. NO shared space! You have your own entrance and unit. Guest access You will have access to the full home via a keyed door. Other things to note This is an actual porch front community where people will chat with you as you walk around.
