Enjoy the private breezeway, fenced yard & 3 balconies as you take in the cool ocean breezes & salty air. 2 heated pools provide year-round access Located on 11th Street between two beach access roads in the Golf Cart Zone, no car needed to navigate our beautiful Island! The space Located on the beachside of 11st Street - We Got Time has easy access to the beach via 2 beach access roads off 11th Street, a few minute golf cart ride or a short walk. Fully stocked kitchen is ready with stainless-steel appliances & all the supplies needed for prepping, cooking and dining together. The open concept between the kitchen, dining & living room allow all guests to stay connected to gather & make lasting memories. The gorgeous dining table offers dining for 8 with an additional 4 barstools for convenient seating at the kitchen island. 2-in-1 Booster Feeding and Floor Seat with Self-Storing Tray available in primary bedroom closet for guest use. The spacious living area offers a sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, board games, movies, books…& more. The loft/game room offers a chaise lounger, game-table with seating for 4, flat-screen TV & access to the main balcony overlooking 11th Street. Primary Bedroom offers a king size bed, twin bunk beds, a lounge chair, nightstands, dresser, 2 closets, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom with separate garden tub, stand alone shower & a private balcony overlooking the front yard. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed, lounge chair, nightstands, closet, flat-screen TV & an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 offers queen size bed, twin bed, nightstands, closet & an en-suite bathroom and a small private balcony. The Breezeway offers couch & loveseat and main upstairs balcony offers oversized lounge chairs, for enjoying time outside. Guests are provided “bulk starter” set of toiletries (shampoo, toilet paper & soap), as well basic kitchen supplies and laundry supplies. Pack & Play and twin size cot with mattress are available for guest use and are located in the primary bedroom closet. House is equipped with 2 ironing boards, irons, vacuum, hair dryers. Washer & dryer provided as a convenience. Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels & pool towels. Deck box on the breezeway may have miscellaneous pool/beach toys to use! Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Please note, Port A does experience outages from time to time. Unfortunately that’s the island life. If outages occur, disconnect & enjoy the beautiful beach just steps from the house. Construction is always happening in and around the growing city of Port Aransas, there may be noise from time to time. Just minutes from miles and miles of Sandy Beaches for walking, biking, jogging, building sand castle, horseshoes, shelling, and the best sun bathing you can find. Also available nearby are beach rentals for surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, and so many other ways to have fun . . . . . OR, just lay on the beach and relax!! Located near downtown Port Aransas with easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants, & bars. Max Adult occupancy is 10 and regulated by City ordinance. STR# 377687 We Got Time has a minimum age of 25 to rent the house. Port Aransas is a Coastal Island and does receive rain, storms and sometimes unpleasant beach days, we cannot control the weather!
