Your new home is a short drive to Deakin University, Monash Freeway, famous Chadstone Shopping Centre, Chapel Street & Caulfield Racecourse. The space Our apartment has the tendency to be warm and hot during the day in a typical 25 -40 degrees Melbourne summer weather as it gets direct afternoon sun. In order to combat this heat stuffiness in the room, we have provided portable fans and guests are more than welcome to turn on the air con so that the entire space will be cooled down. The days we have extreme heat or sun is about 21 days in a year in Melbourne as it has more windy and chilly days so it will be just these few days that we have the hot weather. Our apartment comes with a gym on ground level which guests can access during the opening hours from 9:30am to 8pm. Since COVID !9, we have adopted a whole new cleaning procedure to ensure the apartment is sanitised and cleaned thoroughly upon previous guests checking out as we understand our guests will appreciate a cleaner and sanitised environment to be living in when they stay with us. Guest access This apartment comes with a gym, located on ground level, guests can get access to it. Other things to note Heat stuffiness in the front room might be a bit of bother and uncomfortable for certain guests during Melbourne Summer weather. Other than that, the apartment is relatively cool during other seasons of year.
