Once the reservation is confirmed, you must provide the following information to authorize your entry into the building: Name, Document number, telephone number, email and city. This information must be sent (1) one day in advance, and it will be at the building's front desk when you arrive. You only need to provide your physical ID. Upon arrival, at the front desk, you will be provided with a wrist band that will identify you as guests of the building. You must wear the wristband during your stay so that you can enter and leave the building without any problems. We do this for safety in the building.
