There is an en suite bathroom, along with a 10’ long floating desk and alcove closet. BATHROOM Bathroom features Grown Alchemist and Public Goods body products, Parachute bath linens, and has been newly renovated (March 2025) with top of the line Waterworks shower hardware (including a rainwater shower head and hand shower), Toto toilet, Health Ceramics handmade ceramic tile, and custom lighting. KITCHEN The kitchen is well appointed with a full-sized stainless steel refrigerator, 5-burner gas stove, Green Pan cookware, Fellow Kettle, Chemex pour-over setup, and Nespresso machine. Note that the kitchen is open to the living area and small dining area for two, creating a comfortable open space for lounging, cooking, reading, and listening to music on the Marshall bluetooth speaker before heading out for the day. This main room also connects to the side porch for easy outdoor dining. AIR CONDITIONER/ELECTRIC HEAT There is a split-unit air conditioner/heating system in the main family room, which keeps the house nice and cool in the summer and toasty in the winter! The nest thermostat controls an additional heating element and fan as needed , and a Dyson Fan and Air Filter is provided for air flow. If you must smoke - please step out front of the home or in the side ally. + We love animals, but unfortunately we are not able to accommodate cats of any kind, or dogs without approval.
