Short Uber ride to downtown, drop kids off for skiing, hit up a brewery, take a day trip to the Grand Canyon, or just sit down and relax! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, ideal location offers tons of flexibility for what ever is on your mind. Large backyard fully secured for pets. Pets are welcome for $50 per pet. NO PARTYING IS ALLOWED! The space Full kitchen with bar seating that opens to the living room. You tube tv and high speed internet are included to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our home is very comfortable for 6 adults or 6 adults and two small children on the pullout couch. We have a large backyard that offers zen for total relaxation for our guests to enjoy and stretch out. Trail head for Mt. Elden is a short walk from the house maybe .15 miles with access to abundant trails! There’s absolutely no tolerance for partying or disruptive behavior. This is a family neighborhood with full time residents. Only the guests and vehicles put on the reservation may be at the property unless otherwise cleared with the host. If you break any rules or exhibit disruptive behavior we will ask you to leave without a refund. The couch has a pullout couch which turns into a queen bed. If you have more than 6 people you will be charged $50 per person with a max of 8 people. We are replacing worn out furniture and haven’t gotten new pictures yet, so guests are aware there is a new sectional with a pullout bed, new bed frames in two rooms and a new kitchen table. The fire pit is no longer provided to safety concerns. Guests do not have access to the garage. Guest access The entire house, backyard and abundant trails are yours to use. Other things to note NO EXCEPTIONS TO ANY RULES! - NO PARTYING - NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND - ALL OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES MUST BE BROUGHT IN BY 8 PM. - NO LOUD MUSIC OR RUCKUS - ONLY THE GUESTS AND VEHICLES ON THE RESERVATION ARE ALLOWED AT THE HOUSE. - TWO CARS ALLOWED IN DRIVEWAY. - NO STREET PARKING - BE A DECENT HUMAN AND RESPECT THE HOUSE AND NEIGHBORS ENJOY YOURSELVES!!!!! This is a family neighborhood with full time residents. If you think you will be a rowdy group we ask you do not book our house so we don't run into problems during your stay. We want you to have the best time but will enforce each of the above rules during your stay. It’s $35 per hour for early check in as that’s what it costs us to hire an extra cleaner to secure an earlier check in time. We’re happy to grant earlier check in if we’re able. Please reach out to inquire! Fire Extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes. We love our fury companions and to make sure the house is in the best shape possible we charge $50 per animal to cover the additional deep cleaning that is done after an animal has been at the house. Please let us know how many pets you have and we will send a special offer to cover these charges. A snow shovel and ice melt are located on the property. If it snows during your stay you are expected to shovel the driveway and entryway. If you are unable to shovel due to physical limitations please let us know. If you drive on the snow in the driveway causing it to compact and turn to ice then leave it you will be charged $100.00 as that is what it costs us as owners to have someone come out and chip it up. Please reach out with any questions. Checkout is at 11am and cleaners have access to the home at 11:01am. 11:15 is considered late no exceptions. At 11:15 you are considered late and will be charged a minimum of $50 and an additional $50 per hour you are late checking out. We have to stay on schedule to make sure the home is ready for the next guests on same day checkin’s. Due to safety concerns there is no longer a fire pit. Security cameras are placed on the outside of the house for guest and host protection.
