Oh, that lounge chair is calling you to jump in to cuddle that page-turner of a book... Or sip a hot cup of tea... Or enjoy a glass of wine with two friends while putting the jazz music... Or lay on the Posturepedic bed and finish that episode on Netflix... You take a deep breath again. I am home. The space A premiere condominium complex smacked in the middle of modern uptown Cebu, sandwiched between an upper middle class neighborhood and the busiest avenue of the city, Banilad. The complex has two access points. Depending on traffic conditions, you can access via Villa Aurora, or via Banilad. The unit is designed to accommodate (2) individuals comfortably. One additional adult can be accommodated on a single-sized futon for a fee. After a tiring day at work, you can flick the switch to the light level you want to set the mood, put the jazz on, perhaps invite one or two of your friends over for a meal...or a drink... Guest access The following amenities in the property is for you to enjoy: - Breezy and lush amphitheater style garden where people & pets converge to chat and chill; - A huge nautilus shaped pool (the largest in the city center); - A 800m jogging path; - A fully equipped gym; - An indoor and outdoor kid's playground. Other things to note I. PRE-CHECKIN To guarantee the safety and security of all guests, the condominium complex has established a standard policy for check-in. This policy includes the requirement of presenting two valid government-issued IDs per person, as well as a valid vaccine ID. These measures ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed access to the premises. II. ALLOWED NUMBER OF GUESTS The unit is designed to comfortably accommodate two adult guests, with a maximum capacity of three. However, in the case of a third guest, an additional charge of ₱500 per night will be applied. Additionally, a fee of ₱100 per day will be levied for the use of the facilities, such as the gym and pool. III. III. MID TO LONG TERM STAYS III-A: Security Deposit For guests staying for a period of one to three months, a security deposit will be collected upon check-in. This deposit amounts to ₱8,000 per month and is intended to cover any incidental expenses that may arise during the stay. The security deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided that the unit is in good condition and no damages have occurred. Example: 1. Length of stay: 20-30 days Security deposit to be collected upon check-in: ₱8,000 2. Length of stay: 30-60 days Security deposit to be collected upon check-in: ₱15,000 III-B. Inclusions: 1. Housekeeping: As part of the accommodation package, guests will receive one complimentary housekeeping session, which includes a change of bed linen. If additional housekeeping services are required, the guest must notify the staff at least TWO days in advance, and any subsequent housekeeping sessions will be charged to the guest's account. 2. Utilities: The rental package includes an allowance of 120 kilowatt-hours (kwh) of electricity consumption per month. In the event that the guest exceeds this allocation, an additional charge of ₱20 per kwh will be applied. Meter readings will be taken during both check-in and check-out to accurately determine the usage. Water consumption is also included in the package, with an allowance of up to 4 cubic meters (cu.m). Any excess water consumption will be charged to the guest at a rate of ₱80 per cu.m. Meter readings will be taken to ensure an accurate calculation. 3. Broadband Internet: A high-speed internet connection with speeds of up to 50mbps is included in the rental package, allowing guests to stay connected during their stay. 4. Complimentary Supplies: As part of the welcome amenities, guests will receive two rolls of toilet paper per month and two 500ml bottles of drinking water upon check-in. 5. Condo Complex Amenities: Guests are granted access to the various amenities offered by the condominium complex, including the garden, gym, and swimming pool. These facilities provide additional comfort and entertainment options for guests to enjoy during their stay. IV. SURROUNDING AREA OFFERINGS- Right behind the complex is Villa Aurora, where you'll be delighted to explore a string of quaint neighborhood cafes that started to sprout recently. -Albur's All In Pizza Burger Pasta -Abaseria Cafe -Prutas ni Adan Mart -Pavement Records Bar -Maranatha Kitchenette -Maretes Cajun Seafood -The Daily Grind -The Corner Bakery -D'Dining Table -Anthony's Cafe -D'Yard Grill House -Tamp -Jeju Samgyupsal -Tightrope artisan coffee -Ikon Club Facing west you’ll walk right up to Banilad Road, one of the busiest thoroughfares of the city simply because of the stripmalls and establishments dotting it.
