Starfish: En-suite room in a boutique villa, Shela

The king size en-suite Starfish room on the ground floor at Amani Lamu is away from the hustle and bustle of Shela, in the sand dunes behind the village. The village is a 10 minute walk away down a sandy lane. The large bedroom has its own bathroom and shares a huge kitchen/ living space with another room. The villa's 5 bedrooms share the plunge pool, which this room has direct access to. Our lovely cleaner will keep the apartment clean & take care of your laundry. Chef available on request. The space Our villa spans across 3 floors. There are 2 en suite bedrooms downstairs, 2 en suite bedrooms on the 1st floor and an en-suite penthouse on the top floor, which has direct access to the roof terrace. Please note: Just 1 of our bedrooms has air con (Dragonfly). All rooms have overhead fans and we also have a stand alone van should you require extra ventilation. If you require a hair dryer please ask the lovely Elina (our cleaner). If you would like any laundry doing please pop it in the laundry basket and Elina will take care of it. She'll also do any extra ironing should you require it. All the showers have hot water. In the evening you may find that the cold taps run warm for a while due to the heat throughout the day. Other things to note We highly recommend booking a private chef, which we can help organise for you. This typically costs 2000ksh per day plus food costs. It's much more economical than eating out and you can determine your meal times and menu. We'd be delighted to organise airport collection for you.
