This house sits on a private Lake & there are 55 houses No motorized boats(only trolling motors) are allowed & only homeowners and their guest have access. Plenty of parking on this acre plus property. The whole house has been completely renovated with new floors, new paint, new countertops & 2 new air conditioners. It was a lot of work but the results are amazing. You must see to appreciate! New HD TV’s in all the bedrooms.
