Charming 140 m2 chalet 300 meters from Gourette ski slopes. We personally refurbished it a short time ago. It is very comfortable, has all the necessary amenities, a beautiful fireplace and a wood-burning stove, a large fenced wooden terrace, a balcony, a parking space, baby equipment, multiple storage for ski equipment etc. The cottage is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac. 3-star furnished tourist accommodation The space The chalet consists of three large bedrooms with a double bed and storage, as well as a children's bedroom with a large bunk bed and a single bed. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the other two upstairs. One of the bedrooms has a TV. A large living room welcomes you upstairs, with a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, raclette machine, fondue machine, kettle, steamer, multifunctional robot, etc.). A large wooden table will allow you to enjoy meals by the beautiful Arudy stone fireplace. A large corner sofa will welcome your après-ski moments. A large TV completes the living room. The chalet contains two bathrooms: - a shower room upstairs, consisting of a shower, double sink, towel dryer and toilet. - a bathroom on the ground floor, consisting of a balneotherapy bathtub, a sink and a towel dryer. A second toilet is adjacent to the ground floor bathroom. On the ground floor, a large 30 m2 space with specially designed storage will allow you to store skis, shoes, and various equipment while drying them thanks to the stove. The upstairs balcony is equipped with a garden table so you can have lunch facing the mountain. You can park your vehicle at the foot of the chalet. All amenities will then be within walking distance (ski slopes, restaurants, bakery, supermarket etc. are within 300 meters). Sheets are provided, only towels must be brought.
