Near NSU, Airport The space The vacation home is in Bashundhara Residential Area which is a safe community in Dhaka. The apartment is fully furnished, air conditioned, peaceful, secured, modern, Wi-Fi, work desk, etc. Famous shopping mall Jamuna future park is nearby. Evercare hospital is 7 minutes and Apollo hospital is 5 minutes’ Drive, Airport is 10 minutes’ drive. The place is very close to Gulshan, Baridhara and Uttara because of its linked roads and flyovers. Guest access The apartment is on the 4th floor, and you will have elevator and wide stairs. You will get private entrance. This is a private apartment; entire apartment will be dedicated for you. You won’t be share anything with other guests or strangers. CCTV Elevator Staircases 24/7 security Electricity with Generator and IPS backup. Building staff Someone is available 24 hours a day to let guests check-in or check-out. Caretaker: We have an experienced caretaker. You can ask him about the neighborhood, grocery, nearby food places etc. Please fill free to call him if needed. Garage • Free residential garage on premises – 1 space Other things to note • Check out our weekly and monthly discounts! • Unmarried couples are not allowed. • Please Switch OFF light & air conditioner off when you are leaving the home. • Please wash your used utensils after use. • You must be 18+ to book the apartment. • Guards will help you to pick up and drop off luggage. If you take any help from the guard/caretaker, then please pay them. • Smoking inside the rooms are not allowed. Guests are welcome to smoke in the open terrace and veranda. • For security purposes the street door to the complex is locked at 12 A.M and then unlocked around 6 am the next morning. I'll advise you to be back by 12 A.M. if you have to enter after 12 A.M, please keep guards number and if you have an early morning flight to catch or if you have to go somewhere really early, you must let the caretaker know about that.
