A cozy, bright top floor apartment with 60 square feet and a charming atmosphere on the 4rd floor. With a very nice green backyard with playground and place to make barbecue or chill out. It´s only 3 minutes from the Copenhagen Central Station by bus (only 2 bus stops), 5 min by bike or 13 min by walk. Easy access with train from the airport, only 20 min. The apartment is near a bike rental station, amazing varieties of cafés and restaurants. Only 10 minutes cycle from the town hall. The space The livingroom is very cozy, with long table, wifi, a lovely sofabed and a bookshelf with books on photography and Copenhagen. By the window there is a Bouganville with flowers from May to August. The plants and the hammock make this the ideal place to relax. In the bedroom you will find 2 spacious wardrobe with ligth, 1 commode so you can use to pack your stuff out. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, washing machine, a small table for 2, blender and fridge. The minimalist bathroom is a typical Copenhagen bathroom, it is tiny, with shower and toilet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a couple with a teenager. The apartment provide all the essentials such as towels, phone charger, an umbrella, hair dryer. Guest access We have a beautiful area to relax in the green area or have a barbecue. And in the corner theres is a kiosk that works as a mini supermarket where you can find articles necessary for the day to day, in addition to food, bread, beers, wine, vegetables, etc. Other things to note The area is filled with cafes, restaurants, bars and close to Carlsberg brewery. You are also 5 minuts from Fisketorvet shopping Mall and Havnebadet. And 15 minuts from Carlsberg Brewer, Zoo and Søndermarken, a green area with the Cisterns (a cave within a City). 10 min walking from the railway station and with a few possibilities to public transportation.
