This property features 2 bedrooms that each have a Queen sized bed, 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom downstairs for bathroom breaks when hanging out outside, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area with great views, and a great area to relax while looking out at the water! Enjoy the private dock with a private spot for a boat with trailer parking on site. There is a fishing room with spots to hold all of your fishing rods and a fridge to store any drinks needed to help catch that tough fish! The space MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed . A walk-in closet stocked with hangars provides a great place to hang up all of your clothes and keep your luggage out of sight. Each side of the bed has an adjustable lamp to provide great reading light. The room features a Smart TV with smart functionality through DirecTV. You also have cable through DirecTV, so you have plenty of options to watch whatever you want for the night. MASTER BATH: Enjoy the vanity area with a stylish mirror and an adjustable makeup mirror. Multiple outlets right by the sink let you plug in and charge any of your bathroom devices. Enjoy the gorgeous walk-in shower that offers a sitting bench so you can wash while resting! GUEST BEDROOM #1: The guest bedroom features a Queen sized bed. A private closet allows you to hang up your clothes. A dresser provides some additional storage place for clothes. Enjoy some late-night reading with the light from the lamp. The room features a Smart TV as well. GUEST BATH #1: This bath features a shower/tub combo unit that is well lit from the light located directly in the shower. The vanity mirror is gorgeous and makes getting ready in the morning and winding down at night such a great sight. LIVING AREA: The living room offers sofa with multiple chairs that create plenty of seating space and there is sitting for 4 at the dining table in the dining room. Enjoy looking out the windows to have an eye on the beautiful scenery. A Smart TV with cable provides an excellent distraction if the weather isn't cooperating in the moment. For when the weather is nice, enjoy the large balcony with great views of the bay. A dedicated work desk is located in the dining room in case you need to do some work while away from home. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. A large stainless steel fridge has plenty of storage for food and drinks, and the freezer is large enough to stay stocked up on what you need to stay cold. An ice maker is located in the freezer. Stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, and oven with a glass stovetop allow you to get your chef on. Both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee machine is available for you to use. I attempt to keep disposable filters in stock for you to use. You will need to bring your own coffee. Also available for your use is a toaster, blender, can opener, pots and pans galore, baking sheets, and a full set of utensils and drinkware. Other things to note *** Small and Medium Dogs are Welcome. My pet fee is $100 and covers multiple dogs***
