High ceilings, modern interiors and a beautiful location. It is within easy reach of the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cheltenham, and Silverstone (30m). Nesting Red Kites regularly fly overhead. Very well appointed it makes a perfect spot for a romantic break. You are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome. The space Large, beautifully appointed open plan living space with TV with both Freeview and Netflix. WiFi, Central Heating, Flame-effect fire. Dining area with seating for four. Seperate reading area with swivel chairs. Full Kitchen with breakfast bar, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Cooker, Induction hob. We include a luxury breakfast hamper. Master bedroom with kingsize bed and TV. Bathroom with double ended bath and walk-in shower. Second bedroom / dressing room with single bed and large fitted mirrored wardrobes. Balcony with table and chairs and stunning views across open fields and delightful countryside. Guest access Self contained first floor apartment with plenty of parking. Entrance through electric gates. Own balcony and access to garden seating area in good weather . Stairs lead to front door. Hosts live in the main house. Other things to note There is an outdoor staircase up to the entrance of the Coach House. There are horses at livery within the grounds and in the surrounding fields. There is an outdoor tennis court that is available to guests, weather permitting. We have two large but friendly dogs who you may see in the gardens.
