This charming and cozy space overlooks the Little Miami River. It is a prime location to explore, relax and enjoy nature. This listing is for the upstairs suite of a two-story home that sits along the Little Miami Bike trail and Little Miami River. This is a private house and the downstairs unit is available to be guest ready upon request. It is typically used as a community space for workshops at our private nature sanctuary across the river. There is an airy open floor plan kitchen and living room space. Feel free to enjoy the books, yoga mats and instruments that are in the house. There is a private patio on the second floor and a window across the back of the house that overlook the Little Miami River. The kitchen is stocked with herbs, spices, coffee, teas, utensils and appliances that guests can use. Across the bike trail and just steps away, you can enjoy food, music, and drinks at the Little River Bar and Grill. Keep in mind this is a live music venue, and the music plays in their outdoor beer garden into the night during the summer weekends. The entire house can be booked by reserving our downstairs suite, which includes a private bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast & other experiences can be booked during your stay for an additional cost. Please reach out for details. Guests can access the upstairs portion of the home which includes an open floor plan kitchen and living room space, bedroom & bathroom. The downstairs unit is a work space for our garden with a bed and is available if extra space is needed. You will have access to the washer and dryer which are located in the first-floor foyer area. The upstairs suite has a door at the bottom of the stairs with a lock on it that provides privacy & security. There is a yard that is partially fenced that has a fire pit and an outdoor covered patio area that you are welcome to use. Guests may also access our 12-acre private campground and sanctuary across the river for hiking, swimming, and relaxing. This is a great space for bird watching, and there have been numerous Bald Eagle sightings in this area. Bikes, kayak & paddle boards can be used upon request. Our home sits between the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail and the Little Miami River. There are a few houses within site, but otherwise it is private and rural. Little River Bar and Grill is across the street and has live music throughout the week (typically ending at 11 pm). This is a great place to grab some food and enjoy some music. Park in the drive and message upon arrival to access house. Service in this area can be difficult but WiFi is available and immediately available at Little River Bar and Grille if you need to reach me.
