The space This two story home is located directly on the Little Miami Bike Trail and the Little Miami River. The setting is peaceful, scenic, and ideal for cycling, nature walks, creative retreats, or simple relaxation. The entire home contains two queen beds and two full bathrooms. • Upstairs Suite: 1 queen bed + 1 full bath • Downstairs Apartment: 1 queen bed + 1 full bath The downstairs unit is always available to guests during their stay. It’s set up as a fully independent apartment with a private bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom. If you plan to use the lower level for sleeping or as a second living space, just let us know — we’ll prepare it to be extra cozy and guest-ready. This flexible layout makes the home perfect for two couples, two individuals looking for privacy, or a small group wanting space to spread out. Guests often appreciate the ability to share one property while still enjoying separate, quiet retreat areas. Inside the upstairs suite, you’ll find an airy open-floor-plan living room and kitchen filled with natural light. A private second-floor patio and a full wall of windows look out over the river for peaceful mornings, meditation, journaling, or simply relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, teas, herbs, spices, utensils, and everyday cooking essentials. Just steps across the bike trail is the Little River Bar and Grill, offering food, drinks, and live music. (Note: music can continue into the evening during summer weekends.) Also steps away is the Little Miami Yak Shack, our friends providing kayak, Paddleboards and canoe experiences. They also have bike rental available. We also offer breakfast and wellness experiences—such as yoga, massage, sound healing, or nature-based sessions—available by request and at an additional cost. Whether you book the upstairs suite only or utilize the entire home, this riverside retreat is designed for comfort, connection, and nature-inspired rest.
