This absolutely beautiful, well kept Caribbean style property has a stunning view of Grand Anse Beach. It faces west and enjoys spectacular sunsets. It is a lovely and spacious apartment with lots of out door veranda space, perfect for outdoor dining and watching those sunsets! It has two double bedrooms and a large lounge / kitchen area. It is within 5 -10 minutes of a supermarket, restaurants, golf course, banks, shops, and of course the world famous Grand Anse beach! The apartment has a spacious, open plan lounge/kitchen area with a breakfast bar. There are 2 good sized bedrooms made up as one double and one twin which each have lots of closet space. There is a large veranda area, accessible from the living room and the double bedroom. There is also a very nice bathroom comprising toilet, sink and shower. Guests have the full apartment space. Hazel our housekeeper and Junior, our Property manager are available on the phone to deal with any queries or issues. Their numbers will be provided to you on arrival. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood and within close proximity of Grand anse beach, a golf course, shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Less than 10 minutes in a car to a lovely mall and 12 mins walk, down the hill to the famous Gran Anse Beach, shops and restaurants. Lots of buses on the main road which take you everywhere. We are 12 mins walk to the main road. We can also put you in contact with a car hire company that we hire our cars from for approx 30 US$ to 50US$ a day. Taxis are also plentiful. The apartment is located up a hill, which can be a bit challenging if you are not at least a little fit. However, there is a taxis rank at the foot of the hill and also the local people are very friendly and helpful. When I am there and don't fancy the walk, we always manage to obtain a lift from a passing car. The ride is only a 2 min ride over the steep bit of the hill. The rest is an easy walk+ Without the hill, we don't get the awesome views, so it's worth it.
