We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Drawing inspiration from the islands of Indonesia, Lidi’s stunning design is present throughout all 80 square meters of the apartment. This two-bedroom, two-bath gem comes out on top for both style and location. Lidi sits in the Esquerra Eixample neighborhood, renowned for its trendy flavors, bars, and experiences. At the entrance, guests are greeted with sunshine cast down the hall from the french doors that lead to a cozy terrace. The passageway is lined with sliding-door closets emphasizing Lidi’s ample storage. A couple of steps past the entrance leads to the first full bath on the right, complete with the most up-to-date fixtures, soft touches of rattan-style pieces, and a shower. Next, the space opens up into a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with all the essentials from utensils to appliances. Pass through the kitchen to find a superb dining set for four. Across from the dining space, Lidi renders a workstation that is unequivocal in both style and ergonomics. The Indonesian concept of design further shines when entering the lavish living area. Show stoppers such as the crafted woven, hanging piece and tropical greenery give intentionality and charm to the space. On both sides of the living room, guests will find each of the two bedrooms. The ensuite to the left invites a glance up at a cloth, acoustic ceiling masterpiece. Bedroom one leads to a dazzling ensuite bathroom equipped with all the modern amenities including a full-sized shower. Continuing with the tradition of Southeast Asian design, the second bedroom offers nothing but aesthetics and relaxation. Both bedrooms are fitted with queen-sized beds and maximum storage space. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
