The accommodation consists of: - 1 TERRACE with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs - 1 LIVING ROOM - Living room with 160 x 190 cm sofa bed - 1 fully equipped KITCHEN: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster… - 1 independent BEDROOM with an ultra-comfortable queen size bed 160 x 200 cm - 1 BATHROOM with walk-in shower, vanity, toilet and washing machine. - Reversible air conditioning. - Professional premium Jacuzzi-type spa with 56 free-access hydrotherapy jets, subject to terms of use. Open all year round (except red EDF Tempo days in winter) and set at a temperature of 37 degrees. - Self check-in possible. A small pet (cat or small dog) can be accepted upon request and with surcharge (€30 per stay). Please consult us on this matter. Possibility of rental without the spa (see our other listing) Guest access Jacuzzi covered by a roof with free access, subject to compliance with the conditions of use. IN WINTER: Please note that if it is a Tempo EDF Red Day (22 days a year in winter from Monday to Friday), the hot tub will only be accessible from 10pm to 6am Red Days over for winter 2024/2025!
