The accommodation consists of: - 1 TERRACE with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, and a plancha - 1 LIVING ROOM - Living room with 160 x 190 cm sofa bed - 1 fully equipped KITCHEN: dishwasher, oven, microwave, L’Or coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. - 1 independent BEDROOM with an ultra-comfort queen size bed, 160 x 200 cm - 1 BATHROOM with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. - Reversible air conditioning. - Premium hot tub type professional spa with 56 free access hydrotherapy jets, subject to the conditions of use. Open all year round (except red days Tempo EDF in winter) and set at a temperature of 37 degrees. -Self check-in possible A small pet (cat or small dog) can be accepted on request and with an additional charge (€30 per stay). Rental available without the spa (see our other listing) CAUTION: HOT TUB – time restriction on EDF Red Days Guest access Hot tub covered by an open-access roof, subject to compliance with the terms of use. IN WINTER: PLEASE NOTE that if there is a RED DAY according to the EDF TEMPO schedule (22 days per year from November 1 to March 31, Monday through Friday), the hot tub will only be accessible from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., excluding weekends. No time restrictions on Saturdays and Sundays. No time restrictions from April 1 to October 31.
