charming townhouse with courtyard and garden

A very pleasant old house, quiet, bright, surrounded by a garden and a courtyard, in the heart of the old village of La Montagne. Bakery and tobacco shop 5 min walk, small supermarket 10 min walk. You can reach Nantes (12 km), or the ocean (30 km) very easily. At the foot of the neighborhood, the ferry takes cars and pedestrians across the Loire for free. The space The door opens onto an inner courtyard, protected from the street. A closed garden opens on the other side. The house has two levels, with a large living room including kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms upstairs as well as a small bathroom flooded with natural light. Guest access The entire house is accessible except for a room reserved for storage. Other things to note The house is normally inhabited by our cat Résine, who is very sweet and you can feed if you wish. Otherwise a neighbor takes care of it, outside the house.
