Quiet and calm apartment near the campus of Saint Martin d'Hères, the University of Grenoble Alpes and Chamrousse, ski resort. You share the apartment with me, I am very often absent, the apartment is spacious, it is 84 m2, there is a terrace. You can use all the rooms in the apartment. You have a coffee and tea corner available at all times. It is located next to a tram and bus stop I really like interacting with the guests. The space The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, toilet and a large open kitchen living room with a terrace where you can smoke. In the kitchen, there is a coffee bean machine available for breakfast and during the day. You have several kinds of tea or herbal tea ditto for your breakfast or at any time of the day. There is a garden in the building. Bike paths start from the apartment. The tram is 300 meters away and the bus stop 200 meters from the apartment. The apartment is located 25 minutes walk from the Saint Martin d'Hères Campus, ideal for training or taking a competition. I work on campus, so I can help you. Guest access You have access to the kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom and terrace. You have at your disposal a shelf in the fridge to store your fresh products and a cupboard for your other foodstuffs. You can cook, use the oven or reheat in the microwave according to your desires. During your stay I live in the accommodation, but go out quite often, very available to help you orient yourself in your travels, suggest ideas for outings, visits, walks in the city of Grenoble and the surrounding area or to help you with your procedures.
