Beautiful family home in Walthamstow near tube
Spacious and beautiful victorian terrace home, near the picturesque Walthamstow Village, trendy craft beer breweries, bakeries, restaurants and great transport (Victoria Line tube and Overground). This is a four bedroom house, with a spacious bathroom, living and dining room, and kitchen with all mod cons. It is cosy in winter and bright and light in summer, when you can even enjoy our lovely garden. A very peaceful neighbourhood surrounds it with easy access to central London (20 minutes!). The space My husband Thomas and I live here with our two boys Buster (5) and Ludo (2.5) and have recently renovated it adding a spacious kitchen and loft conversion. The house has a very large master bedroom, a second bedroom with a double sofa bed, small office room with a cot (for up to 3 years old) and a children's room with bunk bed. On the first floor along with the spacious bathroom with tub and on the second floor there is a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Downstairs is the living area with sitting room with plenty of books (we love to read!), colourful frames and a large TV showing Netflix and Amazon Prime - we also love movies! Our newly extended kitchen is fully kitted with stove with induction hobs, oven, fridge and microwave and plenty of storage. We would leave some stuff in our freezer and cupboards, to which you can help yourself! Guest access You can have access to the whole space but please look after our books, furniture and appliances. The children’s room isn’t really suitable for adult guests. But children and young teenagers are more than welcome and will love it! This is our home, it is a bit rough around the edges which gives it plenty of character, but please treat it with respect. You’re welcome to have a dinner party or two but it is a quiet neighbourhood so please be mindful of the noise ;)
