Central Gem with Private Sauna

Welcome to Studio Prinshöjden at Pensionat Prinshöjden by Andreas & David. Here you live centrally in your own studio with your own fully-equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and your own sauna. Coffee, tea, bed linens, towels, toiletries, private parking and fast internet are included. Milk for the coffee is in the fridge. The studio is perfect for those who are going to work, study or participate in association activities. In a few minutes, you can reach the city center, shops and train station. Dogs are most welcome. The space Here you step directly into the cozy kitchen with dining area for four people and views of the garden. The kitchen is spacious and here you also have a coffee maker and kettle. We provide coffee and tea. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, stove and everything else you need. The kitchen has a lovely open floor plan towards the bedroom that can be separated with blackout curtains (not in the picture). If there are more than two of you staying, we can set up two extra single beds in the kitchen. The bedroom has a nice and wide double bed (180 cm) with bedside tables with USB chargers for the mobile phone and regular sockets for the computer. Garden view. In the summer, it is naturally cool and nice for a good night's sleep. The bedroom continues to the large bathroom which is like a small spa. There's plenty of room here. The bathroom is equipped with sink, bathroom cabinet, hairdryer, towels and large ceiling shower. There is also the nice sauna with plenty of space. Here you can sauna, shower and relax. In the bathroom there is a small bathroom with toilet and a sink with bathroom cabinet. Perfect if you are two people, then you will have your own bathroom cabinet and sink. Guest access Access to the entire Studio Prinshöjden with kitchen, dining area, bedroom, toilet and sauna. Shared space outside which is a laundry room and hall. You will have your own key to the garage door, which is your entrance. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are included and there is the possibility to borrow a washing machine for longer stays. One wash is included per stay and week. In addition, there is a small fee per wash.
