There are several lakes on the 275 acre site. (please note entry or any activities on any of the lakes is prohibited without authorisation.) As you enter the house you will find yourselves in the huge open plan lounge dining room with under floor heating and double aspect, with views of the lake. To your left there is a double bedroom with a king bed and an additional single. To the right rear, there is another bedroom with a double four poster bed and jack & jill bathroom, and french doors to the garden. The kitchen is also open plan and located to the rear left of the main living area. As you go up the stairs, to your left there is a third bedroom with a double bed, a cot, and en suite shower room with a balcony over looking the lake. As you cross the landing, there is a family bathroom to your right, and past this there is the fourth bedroom with two single beds, and an en suite cloakroom. through this bedroom there is the 5th bedroom with 3 single beds. ( please note the 5th bedroom is accessed through the 4th bedroom) Guest access The property is detached and is accessed via a short side road jetty. (please note unfenced lake) Other things to note There is a very friendly bar/restaurant on site, 'Parkiside Bar & Grill' with free pool & darts and childrens play area. There is also fishing on site available.
