Superb view with the two terraces overlooking the Eiffel Tower and Belleville Cemetery. The apartment is also equipped with an overhead projector, a music speaker, Wi-Fi, a washing machine. It is located close to the "Télégraphe" and "Porte des Lilas" metro stations. These stations are served by line 11 which takes you directly to the center of Paris in 20 minutes, via République, Arts et Métiers, Châtelet. You will find supermarkets within a 3-4 minute walk, but especially down Rue de Belleville to Jourdain, several very good food shops (fruit and vegetable shops, cheese shops, butcher shops...). Several very good restaurants within walking distance (or by metro/bike/scooter) between Jourdain and Belleville: Lao Siam, Ama Siam, Le Grand Bain, Soces, Cheval d'Or, Petit Navire... Places of interest near the accommodation: - Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (15-minute walk), - Bassin de la Villette (20 minutes by metro) - and the Louvre Museum (21 minutes by metro). Other things to note This is where we live, so to maximize your chances of staying there, avoid last-minute requests so we can organize ourselves accordingly. Easy access from the ring road if traveling by car (2 minutes from Porte des Lilas). It should also be noted that the building dates from the Arts Déco years (1932), it is not perfectly insulated and the heating is collective. In the fall when the cold arrives and the heater is not on it can be a little cold (but we have electric heaters on/off in the bathrooms), and in spring when the sun arrives it can be a little hot (just open the window a little or use the fan).
