My condo is located in the entertainment district and is a 3-5 minute walk from the Convention Centre, CN Tower, Blue Jays, Ripleys Aquarium and other popular attractions. It features a balcony with a CN Tower view as well as two bedrooms. The large master includes a queen bed and the other bedroom has a full bed. The two couches in the living room convert to modern sofa beds. Building features include outdoor pool (closed in the winter), 24/7 gym, and hot tub. I have one free parking spot! The space The large master features a queen sized bed and the smaller bedroom has a double (full) bed. The couch in the living room also converts into a comfortable double bed. I've gotten full sets of sheets and duvets for the two beds and the pull out couch. So you don't have to worry about that! The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including a brand new fridge and stove! The bathroom includes a bathtub shower. A washer and dryer are also ensuite for guests to use. High speed wifi and cable TV are included in the unit. Guest access The entire unit is yours! Other things to note * Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a form to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date. * Building amenities (15th floor) are available for guests to use. Note: The outdoor pool opens in late spring to summer depending on the weather and it's up to the building's discretion. **The pool is currently closed for the season. Please note that both the men's and women's locker rooms will also be closed for approximately one month. Parking for one car is free, additional visitor parking is available in the building on a first come first serve basis. If you have additional vehicles and visitor parking does not happen to be available, there are several affordable indoor and outdoor lots available near the building. *Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in a secure underground paid parking garage that is within a 2-minute walk of the building at 302 Front Street West. The parking range costs 20-30 dollars a day. *Kindly note that the elevator is undergoing maintenance.
