The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in a closed court, yet it's one minute distance to Masonville mall and major transportation hub in the intersection Richmond street and Fanshawe Parkway. There are restaurants, grocery store, shopping within walking distance and the place is 2.5km distance to Western University and University Hospital. The space The house is spacious and beautiful place. There are myself and others will be living here but we are respectful of our spaces and available to help each other when needed. The room is located in the basement, it is spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a private washroom. The room is private and cozy, not adjacent to any other rooms above or below.
