It can sleep up to 8 across 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It's optimized for remote work with super fast WiFi and 3 state-of-the-art workstations. Other amenities include a ski rack, bootwarmers, a chef’s kitchen with all of the appliances you need, an indoor fireplace, and beautiful outdoor space/views. We also have 8 keycards for free use of a local fitness center. Just take your things and go. -Bedrooms- The property has 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, all with sweeping mountain views. There are two king beds and a bunk room. We also use extremely soft Nollapelli sheets in all of our bedding. There is also a baby crib available, which can be set up upon request. -Kitchen- The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics (oil, salt & pepper), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and dishwasher. Dining table sits up to 8. -Workstations- The property has super fast WiFi (typically 300+ mbps) and three amazing state-of-the-art workstations, optimal for digital nomads or remote workers. Each are complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone and ergonomic desk chair. WiFi also extends outside if you want to work outdoors on the patio! -Living Space- There are two living areas with huge couches, Sonos speakers and smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows or movies. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), premium towels and robes, and even a Dyson hair dryer in the primary bedroom – your hair will never look better! Guests have access to the entire home Our full-time Concierge team is available to our guests 24/7 - so you never have to worry about your questions going unanswered. They can provide restaurant & chef service recommendations, and arrange mid-stay cleans and more for an extra fee. From skiing to mountain biking, there is so much to do year-round in Vail – and so close to our property. ★ Vail Ski Resort - A first-class ski resort with 193 trails, 10 bowls, and 39 lifts to explore. We are half a mile from Cascade Village Lift 20, and less than a mile from Vail Resort. There's also a bus stop that's a short walk from the house. ★ Beaver Creek Ski Resort (10 miles) - Just down the road, you also have Beaver Creek Ski resort, which offers access to 149 different trails serviced by 26 lifts. ★ Vail Backcountry Tours (2 miles) – Offers 2-hour, half-day, and private snowmobile tours. Each tour includes transportation, boots, suits, helmets, and a professional Vail Backcountry guide. Tours end with a hot beverage and snack at a private yurt in the White River National Forest. ★ Alderhof Ice Rink (2 miles) – Located in the heart of Vail village, surrounded by beautiful Bavarian-style architecture and nearby several restaurants and bars. The rink is typically open late-November through early-April. Skate rentals are available. Our Concierge has many more recommendations and we have full Home Guides we can share once you book. We want you to feel at home and have a restful, stress-free stay. There is no to-do list when you check-out. Just take your things and go! Some photos are renderings as we get the house guest ready. It will be fully guest ready by mid-December with our new interior designs. The home does require using stairs to access the bedrooms and may be a problem for guest with mobility issues. We welcome your children but you are solely responsible for their safety and they cannot be left unattended. If you have a special request for your child (crib & car seat) let us know. There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control. If you do not enjoy using technology, it may not be the right experience. We are constantly making improvements to the tech, but you do not have to stress about getting locked out or being unable to turn on the lights should it malfunction, as there is an easy, manual work around for all. No smoking or vaping inside. Open flames including candles are also prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace. PET FEE AND POLICY This home is pet-friendly and welcome to your furry friends during your stay. However, I do have some rules and a pet fee to preserve our home’s delicate luxury furniture and linens. • Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. • Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file. • Our pet fee is $350/pet charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. NOTE: This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules. Please note that we’ll be charging any extra damages done to the property by your pet.
