The space Located in Port Dickson, Sunshine Bay Resort Port Dickson is within a 5-minute drive of Bagan Pinang Beach and Saujana Beach. This beach guesthouse is 5 km from Port Dickson Military Museum and 5.3 km from Cahaya Negeri Beach. Spend the day on the private beach or take a dip in one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools. Rooms feature private balconies. Smart TV are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include separate sitting areas and electric kettles, and housekeeping is provided (optional) . Guest access Guests can access the swimming pool, convenience store, cafe on Fridays and Saturdays to order food and the beach. Simply walk down from the apartment to the beach which is located right in front. You will see the beach when you drive into the apartment. Other things to note HOUSE RULES ========== 1. No pets allowed. 2. You must clean your own dishes and rubbish must throw to refuse room before check out, otherwise RM50 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. 3. Shoes are not allowed to be worn inside the home. 4. Please turn off the Light , Air Cond when you’re away. 5. No parties or events unless host agreed. 6. No parties allowed. If you throw a party, an extra cleaning fee charge of RM200 will be added to your booking. 7. You’re not allowed to eat in your bedroom & bedset. 8. Please DONT making noise after 1am 9. Check-in at 3pm and check-out is at 12pm. 10. Extend to check in /check out have to pay RM20 for each hour. 11. Car park free 1 for these unit, following vehicle charge RM10 12. For security check in purposes need to snap photos front page of driving license or ID or passport. 13.【CHARGES】 Towel extra RM6/pc 14.【ACCESS CARD & KEY 】 - Penalty each card missing for RM50 - Penalty each key missing for RM15 15. 【SMOKING POLICY】 - Smoking is strictly not allowed in the house (Penalty of RM500 when found) - There is a designated smoking area balcony or corridor open air space.
