The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, a cosy lounge with Smart TV, electric heating for cooler nights, and the convenience of a separate toilet and in-unit laundry. Two allocated parking spaces are also included for your stay. Enjoy summer activities like fishing, water skiing, and hiking or visit in winter for skiing and snowboarding just a short drive away. After a day of adventure, unwind in the communal outdoor pool exclusive to the complex. Layout: 3 Flights of external stairs, the apartment is all on one level. Bedding configuration: Set bedding configuration, can not be changed. Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bedroom 3: 2 x Singles Bedroom 4: 2 x King Singles All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied. Guest access Access to our properties is via a coded door (or coded lockbox) or key access. You will be sent via SMS on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Before the day of your arrival, once we have received your completed guest registration information, you will receive all relevant arrival information & directions via email. Our properties are fully self-contained and all linen & towels are included. We do not complete a daily service of the apartments & houses. A small starter pack of detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper & garbage bags are supplied to begin your visit. You will need to bring more of these items or buy locally if you are here for more than two nights. Other things to note Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. This includes providing a photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit and signing our lease agreement via digital upload. If you are entering the Kosciusko National Park Entry Fees Apply - All vehicles entering the Kosciuszko National Park are required to have an entry permit displayed on their vehicle and can be purchased either online or from the Snowy Region Visitors Centre in Jindabyne, Cooma, Tumut or Khancoban.
