New built 1 Bedroom cozy suite

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This new built suite is located in Bear Mountain parkway in west of Victoria with access to the highway 1 TransCanada, close to beautiful nature of GoldStream lakes waterfalls and Trails, Langford City Center and Department stores, and 20 min to Victoria Downtown driving. Other things to note Suite is on the ground with access from right side of the house, separate entrance door with key box, bright and clean. Bedroom includes queen size mattress and everything which requires for a calm and peaceful night for sleep. Sofa bed including full size comfortable mattress with metal structure and qualified cover for your other accompanies and kids. On the side of that a swivel chair is creating a chance to sit close to window and having fun with drinking coffee using all desirable taste and choices. Kitchen contains of cooking stuff ready and handy for start cooking and serving. There is a portable Laptop desk available and usable while relaxing on the Swivel chair or in the beds, kind of helpful as a movable workspace. PARKING There are lots of city spot in front of the house for parking if you have a vehicle with you. NOTES AND TIPS TO KNOW -Smoking/ drug is not allowed inside the suite -No pet in/ out the place -Party and event are prohibited -No eating/drinking in bedroom -Shoes to be taken out before entering the suite Quiet hours for Friday and Saturday nights are from 12 am until 8 am.
