As you approach this cottage that sleeps 10+ you'll be greeted by the serene sound of lapping waves on the 200ft beach and the rustling of the tall pines. Includes 2 bunkies, wood sauna, gazebo, large weber bbq, green egg, a cedar strip canoe, a stand up paddle board and kayak. Choose your adventure. The space The cottage itself is a dreamy retreat, with warm, inviting interiors that seamlessly blend rustic charm with modern amenities. The spacious living room features cozy couches, a large dining table, a wood-burning fireplace, and large windows that offer lovely views of the Moon River. The fully-equipped kitchen beckons with its gleaming appliances and generous counter space, ready to inspire your culinary creativity. There is a wood burning sauna and outdoor gazebo to cool off in and a spacious dock that fits 10 comfortably. Here, you can breathe in the fresh, pine-scented air as you sip your morning coffee and plan your day of lakeside adventures. Will you spend your day lounging on the sandy beach, swimming in the clear waters, or paddling along the shoreline? The cottage includes a kayak, a canoe and stand up paddle board? Or perhaps you'll venture out to explore the nearby trails, forests, and charming towns that make up the Muskoka region. The main cottage includes: 1) Master bedroom with king bed 2) A room with a queen bed 3) A kids room with a bunkbed 4) A tv room with a pullout couch double bed 5) A pullout couch double bed in main room of the cottage 6) An office Bunkie 1 1) A queen bed Bunkie 2 1) Ikea king bed pullout couch. Bathrooms There is a full bath with shower and a powder room. Guest access You have full access to the cottage. Other things to note This is a family home/cottage so we do keep some food in cupboards and personal clothes onsite. You will have ample room for your things but just now that this is not a rental where it is free of all owner belongings! We provide towels, sheets, cleaning and laundry supplies, hand soap, bath soap and shampoo and conditioner. All cooking supplies including salt, pepper and oils, coffee should be purchased and brought to the cottage.
