The space This 150 m2 villa is on one level, it is accessible either by stairs located at the back (North) or by the southern part of the park. Once in the villa, no more steps! It includes a large TV lounge area 📺 with a sofa, 2 armchairs and 2 ottomans, a sofa bed with a super comfortable mattress 22 cm thick, + a kitchen (all 55 m2), all open to a very large terrace and the south side of the park 🍀. A large 1 m wide insert will allow you to curl up by the fire if you feel like it. Wood and all the equipment to light the fire are available, enjoy! 🪵 The integrated kitchen with central island🧑‍🍳 is equipped ++ with connected Thermomix, Nespresso, a plethora of dishes, crockery, glasses, cutlery and all the necessary appliances. The "bedroom 1️⃣", 25 m2 (!), is south and west facing. It includes a double bed, a TV with Internet Box, a desk, plenty of storage for your belongings (large wardrobe, dresser, shelves, coat rack) and something to do your sport (exercise bike, yoga mat, mini dumbbells). 🧘‍♀️ A dedicated French window gives direct access to the park. The "bedroom 2️⃣", 12 m2, is east-facing. It is adjacent to the bathroom. It includes a double bed, plenty of storage for your belongings (a closet, a shelf tower and two shelves and a drawer of the glass cabinet). The 2 drawers at the bottom of the glass cabinet include creative leisure games for children and adults. Enjoy them, they are at your disposal🧩. The window allows you to enjoy the first glimmers of the morning sun with a view of the surrounding nature and the "Pech du plantaurel" mountain. The large hallway includes a double glass cabinet in the entrance to hang your coats and store your shoes as well as a large dresser "filled" with board games of all styles and for all ages (see Photos)! 🎲 The bathroom 🚿 includes a large bathtub, 2 large sinks🪥, additional towels in the cupboards and a shelf to store your toiletries.
