The space This fantastic condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom provides you with a king size bed and TV. The second bedroom has a queen- and twin-size bed. The condo offers a private balcony overlooking the pool and canal. You will have access to the pool, hot tub and tennis courts during your stay. You will enjoy all the comforts of home and then some, including high-speed internet, ample seating in living and dining rooms, central AC/heat, ceiling fans, washer and dryer in the condo, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Books, puzzles and games are there for your use while on vacation. You will also have access to beach/pool equipment and toys! There is an outdoor community grilling/picnic area on the property. Guest access Guest will access to the entire condo with the exception of the cleaners closet. You will also have access to the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Other things to note You will be provided linens and bath towels. Bring your beach towels! Our towels are for inside the condo only. To get you started you will be provided with 2 trash bags, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher pods, dish soap and sponge, hand soap, and basic kitchen needs! You will be responsible for providing anything needed beyond what we get you started with. No pets or smoking/vaping in unit. Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
