The space The holiday home is in immaculate condition with modern comforts, but full of character and charm. All year round comfort is assured with log fire, heat pump and air-conditioning. There is plenty of space to park a boat and trailer, and easy access to public launching ramps around the bay. We are centrally located to enjoy the wider Bay of Islands. Situated ten minutes north of Kerikeri, we are 35 minutes from Paihia and Russell to the South, and 35 minutes from Coopers Beach and Mangonui in the North. And there are many more interesting places to visit in between. Following our move to New Zealand from the UK, we built a house for family and friends to visit so they could enjoy their own space & privacy. The initial rush is over, and we thought it would fun to welcome new visitors who could relax in our special holiday home. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED for your stay to ensure you have nothing to worry about. Free Wireless Broadband, A full SKY package, bedding, towels, cleaning and rubbish removal. PETS We welcome well- behaved dogs by prior arrangement at a charge of $15 per night. *Please don't forget to add your dog as a guest when you book. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Discount for stays over 7 days 2 nights minimum stay. Guest access You will have the whole home to yourself, and 12 acres of grounds to enjoy.
